Ticket Options
In this article we will discuss the two locations where you can access ticket holders' selected options. If you have not set up any ticket options and need assistance doing so, please click here.
Ticket options are a great way to acquire extra supporter data or preferences upon their ticket purchase, such as meal choices, shirt sizes, or company name. You are able to locate this information within your Ticket Holders Report as well as within the 'Supporters' tab.
Locating Ticket Holders' Selections
Ticket Holders Report
1. You are able to quickly pull a report of your ticket holders' option selections by first navigating to the "Event Actions" button in the upper right-hand corner, shown below.
2. Click "Reports," then select the "Ticket Holders" report. A CSV of this report will automatically export to your device.
3. Next, you will look for the column title that matches your ticket option title. Ticket options are likely to be found near the farthest right column. In this example, we are looking for the column titled "Meal Choice," shown below.
'Supporters' Tab
1. You can quickly locate a guest's selected ticket option(s) by first navigating to the 'Supporters' tab on the manager portal. We suggest utilizing the 'Supporters' tab to locate ticket option selections when searching for specific guests' choices. If you are looking to capture all of your guests' ticket option selections, we suggest using the Ticket Holder Report.
2. On the 'Supporters' tab, you will first select your desired ticket option column by selecting "Choose Columns."
3. Select your desired ticket option prompt(s). For example, the ticket options below show multiple ticket options, associated with different tickets. This allows you to easily choose the ticket option selections you are looking to see.
The example below shows a ticket option from the ticket titled "Single Admission" and a secondary ticket option from the group ticket titled "Table of 8." You can choose to show both columns or just one, depending on your needs.
4. Once you select your desired column(s), you will see the selections on the right side of the table.
