Time to learn about ticket options!
You've learned how to create a ticket, and now you're ready to start adding options.
When creating a ticket, you can collect additional information from your attendees by creating custom ticket options.
Ticket Options
Ticket options allow you to collect additional information from supporters at the time of their ticket purchase.
You will have four formatting options to choose from: Text Input, Select Input, Multiple Options, and Single Option. You have the option to customize your options, answers, and opt to require an answer from your attendees or make it optional.
- Text Input: Use this field for your attendees to write in their responses.
- Select Input: Use this field to have guests select an option from a drop down menu. You can upcharge depending on response through this format.
- Multiple Options: Use this field to allow guests to pick multiple options from a list. You can upcharge depending on response through this format.
- Single Option: Use this field to allow guests to select a single choice from two options. You can upcharge depending on response through this format.
