Time to learn about options and codes!
You've learned how to create a ticket, and now you're ready to start adding options, access codes, and promo codes.
When creating a ticket, you can add extra features to provide discounts, create hidden tickets, and/or collect additional information from your attendees.
Add the features below by choosing from option(s) at the bottom of the "Add Ticket" pop-up window.
Promo Code - Allows you to offer a discount of either a dollar or percentage amount or to track ticket sales.
Access Code - Adding an access code to a specific ticket hides the ticket from the registration section of your landing site. In order for guests to access the ticket, they will need to enter this code into the "enter access code..." section above the available tickets. After doing so, the ticket with the associated access code will appear with the other available tickets.
Options - Allows you to ask attendees questions or offer them a field to fill in.
- For a ticket that includes a shirt, use the "ticket options" feature to ask for t-shirt sizes. You can also use it to collect attendees' meal selections, add an agreement/waiver acknowledgement, etc. These options can be required or optional.
