Ticketing is quick and easy! Here are Event.Gives' ticketing best practices:
- Ticket purchasers will be required to input their names, emails, and phone numbers at the time of their purchase. Be sure to add required ticket options to collect any additional data at the time of ticket purchase.
- Make use of the "Ticket Link" blast message feature 30-60 minutes before the event starts. This will send every ticket holder their QR code ticket link via text message.
- When purchasing tickets through the manager portal on behalf of an attendee, make sure to select an existing ticket rather than creating a "custom ticket" as custom tickets won't be able to collect ticket option data you've added to your tickets.
