Learn how supporters view their tickets!
In this lesson, you will learn how your supporters will view and access their tickets.
When a ticket is purchased, the supporter will receive both an email and a text message with a link to their ticket.

Ticket holders can always view or print their tickets by navigating to the "My Tickets" section of their account within your event. They can do this by navigating to your event site, selecting their name in the upper right corner, and selecting "My Tickets." They can also do this by navigating directly to event.gives/[keyword]/tickets.
We suggest sending out the blast ticket link (see the 'Supporters' or 'Messaging' tab) about one hour before your event, so that the ticket is at the top of the holder's text messages for quick access. Click here for more information on blast messaging.
