How to Create Raffle Ticket Bundles

Adding a bundled discount to your raffle ticket(s) is a great way to encourage your guests to buy more chances to win a raffle item at your event! To add a bundled ticket option to your raffle ticket, first follow these steps to add a raffle ticket to your event. If you are looking for creative raffle ideas- check out our blog here!

1. Once you have started to create your raffle item, you will see the section, "Bundled Raffle Options," shown below:

2. From here, you can add a 3 ticket bundle price, a 5 ticket bundle price, or both. After doing so, enter the price you would like to set for the available bundles. 

3. If you already added raffle items and want to add bundle options to these pre-existing items, you can do so by navigating to the 'Items' tab on the manager portal and selecting the edit icon on the raffle item you would like to add bundle options to.

Selling a Raffle Ticket at Your Event

Attendees are unable to add a raffle ticket to their cart from your event site. They will instead, be required to purchase this ticket at the time of adding it to their cart. That being said, you are able to add a raffle ticket to an attendees cart from the manager portal, using your discretion. A raffle ticket that is placed in an attendees cart but not paid for, will not be included in the electronic drawing.

1. Fromm the 'Items' tab, locate the raffle item. On the raffle item, click the ellipsis button and then select "Buy Ticket." 
2. Enter the purchaser's phone number, email address, or paddle number to search for their account. (If you enter by phone number, the account will autofill. If you enter by email address, you will need to click the magnifying glass to search for the account, circled in red below.)
3. Enter the credit card information or confirm the card on file to pay via credit card. If the attendee is paying with cash or check, toggle from "Card" to "Offline." Use the text field to the left of the toggle to make notes for your Payout Report. Enter the quantity of tickets being purchase in the green box.
4. Click "Buy Raffle." If you are purchasing with a card, you will be prompted to buy "Now" or buy "Later." Click "Now" to complete the purchase. Or, click "Later" to add to the attendees cart. 

5. When you are ready to draw a winner at the end of the night, click the blue "Draw" button. If you keep the "Notify Winner?" toggle turned on, this person will receive a text notification. You can draw as many winners as you'd like by clicking the "Draw" button. Learn more about this below.
