How to Open Your Auction Items

If you are opening your whole auction at once, and haven't opened your items yet, you can use the orange bar across the top of your items to open all items at once. 

If you've already used this button and no longer have this option, you can follow the steps below.

Opening All Auction Items:

1. Click "Bulk Actions."
2. Select "Select / Deselect All Items."
3. Click "Bulk Actions." 
4. Click "Status."
5. Select "Open."

Opening Your Silent Auction Items Only:

1. Click the filter icon to the right of the search bar.
2. Check the box next to "Silent."
3. Click "Apply filters."
4. Click "Bulk Actions."
5. Select "Select / Deselect All Items."
6. Click "Bulk Actions." 
7. Click "Status."
8. Select "Open."

Bulk Opening Items by Selection:

1. Check the box in the righthand corner of each item you want to open.
2. Once all items you want to open are checked, click "Bulk Actions." 
3. Click "Status."
4. Select "Open."

Opening Individual Items:

1. Locate the item you want to open.
2. Click the ellipsis button on the bottom left corner of the item. 
3. Click "Open Item."

Please note that if your items are in "Preview" mode, you will see a grey "Preview" overlay. This means that bidders can preview the item, but cannot bid on the item. Please follow the steps listed above to take items out of Preview mode.
