When a supporter donates an item through your event site, this item will appear on the 'Items' tab of your manager portal. This article walks you through the steps of approving or denying these items.
Approving or Denying an Item for Your Event
1. First, navigate to the 'Items' tab.
2. Locate the item submission. Newly donated items will appear at the bottom of your items. Donated items will have an orange overlay with a "Pending Donation" label.
3. Click into the title.
4. Select the item type. You are able to add this item as an auction item (silent or live auction), fixed price item, or raffle item.
*Please Note: By selecting an item type, you are accepting that this donation will be added to your event. This item can be un-published or deleted at any time.
5. Edit the item fields as needed, including images, item description, minimum bid, etc. When you are finished, click "Save and Close."
To deny an item donation, you will simply click the ellipsis in the lower left hand corner of the donated item, and select "Delete Item."
