After closing your auction items, we suggest utilizing the item winner report as a resource for checkout. This report is a great way to quickly view item winners, their highest bid, whether this item has been paid for, and more! This article reviews the process of accessing & understanding this report.
How To Access The Item Winner Report
1. Navigate to the "Items" tab. Next, click "View Auction Winners," pictured below.
Understanding The Item Winner Report
- When you land on this report you will see three auction metrics cards, also found on the 'Items" tab. These cards are intended to give you a quick understanding of how your live & silent auction are performing as well as your auction engagement.
- On the right hand side of this tab, you will see the "Send Payment Links" and the "Pickup Message."
- You can export this report by clicking either the "CVS" or "Excel," pictured below.
- Your available columns are listed below. To sort these columns, simply click the column header.

- Winner - The winner of the item.
- High Bid - The highest bid amount. If your auction is closed, this is the amount the item sold for.
- Item Name - The name of the item.
- Item Code - The items code.
- Item Type - This column shows the item type, whether that is "Silent" or "Live."
- Paid - Shows whether the column is paid or unpaid. If the item is paid it will show whether it is card or cash (cash, check, etc...).
- Picked Up - If the item has been toggled to "Picked Up" on the "Items" tab, this box will be checked.
- Tags - If you have added tags to your items, they will show here.
