We have added check-in notes to user tags on the 'Supporters' tab! After creating a tag, you are able to affiliate a pop-up check-in note with the tag. This note will appear after clicking the blue "Check-In" button. These tag messages are meant to assist your staff and volunteers who are helping with check-in.
Here are some examples of how we have seen organizations use check-in notes:
- Attendees who need handicap accessible event entry. Example Check-In Note: Please have a volunteer guide this attendee to the handicap accessible entrance.
- Food allergy warning. Example Check-In Note: Please advise this Mr. Smith that there will be nut free dessert options.
- Urgent Request. Example Check-In Note: Please ask Mr.Smith to meet in the Ballroom at 7:15 PM with the auctioneer & AV team regarding his speaking moment.
- Volunteer check-in. Example Check-In Note: Please go to the silent auction room to assist the team in set up.
Please note that you are only able to affiliate ONE tag message with a supporter.
