What is the average cost per player for my organization?
Cost Per Player • $100
- Prices are dependent on the size and scope of your event. We will send you a final estimate when we see if your preferred dates are available.
- In order to secure your date, you will need to deposit 50% that us paid through TopGolf. This cost per player is calculated based on the estimate provided by TopGolf so that you are able to cover the cost of playtime, venue, food, etc...
What are the two Golf.Gives pricing plans to choose from?
We have two available pricing options for our Golf.Gives peer-to-peer add-on! Both packages include the peer-to-peer add-on, full access to Event.Gives feature sets, and a support agent. If it is your first time hosting a Golf.Gives event or you are new to event management, we suggest going with the On-Site support package so that we can ensure your event is a success.
On-Site Support- $1,500Pricing Breakdown: On-Site Support $750 + Travel Expenses Your Onsite Event Expert will be by your side leading up to your event as well as on-site the day of. They will arrive 1 hour prior to the event to meet with the TopGolf Pro and ensure your team is prepared for the event. They will be able to assist with check-in, monitor the auction, help guests bid, answer questions throughout the event, and help with the checkout process. If your event support extends beyond 4 hours, you will be billed $75 at the start of each additional hour. *If we do not have an Event Expert in your area, additional travel and lodging charges may apply.

Remote Plus Support- $1,000Pricing Breakdown: Remote Plus Support $500 All the features of a Remote Event Expert plus assistance setting up your event within the Manager Portal and leading up to your event. From creating tickets to importing items, we can meet to discuss your vision and build out your event site together. If your event support extends beyond 4 hours, you will be billed $75 at the start of each additional hour.

Where does my revenue come from?
Peer-to-Peer Asks
The ask to peers could not be more simple! Players ask within their networks, inviting friends and family to pledge A Penny Per YardTM. On average players hit between 4,000-6,000 yards, which amounts to a $40-$60 donation. Donors receive a link to checkout at the end of the tournament.
Auction & Paddle Raise
Time to hold a silent auction, live auction, mission moment, and/or paddle raise are built into
each tournament as well as access to our network of professional MC & benefit auctioneers.
Ticket Sales
Most of our events sell player registration tickets for $125. You can adjust the spread on ticket revenue to whatever fits your demographic best. Additionally, each bay has digital displays for advertising purposes, providing incentives to sponsor a bay for an additional cost.
