In this lesson, you will learn about the Chat Messages report.
The Chat Messages report will pull a list of all chat messages that were sent in the chat function during an event.
This report can be useful for the following activities:
- Track who was active and interacting with the event in real time.
- Play games during an event. For example, if you are hosting trivia, the answers can be submitted here and you can track who had the correct answers, etc.
This report can be accessed through the "Event Actions" button in the upper right-hand of the manager portal. Click on "Event Actions," choose the "Reports" section which will open another dropdown list of reports, and choose "Chat Messages."
