Event Data Report

In this lesson, you will learn about the Event Data report.

The Event Data report lets you view your event's transaction data by item type, name, and payment details.  

It can help be useful for the following quick lookups:

• Auction & Raffle Items: who won, corresponding attendee info (email, phone, address, paddle #), and if they've paid or not
• Fixed Price Items: who purchased, corresponding attendee info, if they've paid or not
• Donations: a list of all donations, corresponding attendee info, and if they've paid or not

This report can be accessed through the "Event Actions" button in the upper right-hand of the manager portal. Click on the "Event Actions," and choose the "Reports" section which will open another dropdown list of reports. Select "Event Data."
