In this lesson, you will learn about the Ticket Holders report!
This report will provide you with a full list of all ticket holders for your event. This includes all assigned tickets across individual and table tickets.
Ticket Holders Report
- Attendee paddle #s and table #s
- Ticket Option responses (if applicable)
- Ticket purchase date & time
- Ticket purchaser (if different from attendee assignment)
- Ticket redeemed or not (checked in or not); this can be used to track in real-time during check-in at an event
This report can be accessed through the "Event Actions" button in the upper right-hand of the manager portal. Click on "Event Actions," choose the "Reports" section which will open another dropdown list of reports, and choose "Ticket Holders.
