Understanding Your Payout Report: Key Details

Welcome to the Reporting Rockstar Master Badge!

In this module, you'll learn about all the reports available to you through the manager portal. Let's start with the payout report.

The Payout Report shows a breakdown of all of the event's transactions. The dashboard at the top shows an overview of funds raised for both cash and credit, total processing fees, and any remaining balance.

The balance in your event will change often; therefore, we recommend waiting until your event is closed and archived before viewing the final balance.

The Payout report page is a great place to submit refunds, as you can see all transactions in a single location. The Payout report must be viewed directly on the platform.

This report cannot be exported as an excel file.

*Please Note: If you'd prefer to look at in spreadsheet format, you can copy all the information and paste into excel and view that way.*

This report can be accessed through the "Event Actions" button in the upper right-hand of the manager portal. Click on "Event Actions," choose the "Reports" section which will open another dropdown list of reports, and choose "Payout Report."
