Exporting & Importing Your Venue

Event.Gives Table & Seat Manager offers you the ability to export and import your venue design. All exports will be in JSON format. In order to successfully import a venue, it must also be in JSON format. If you intend to host your event in the same venue for the following year, we suggest exporting your venue and saving for import the following year. 

*Please Note: You must first create a venue in order to export. Click here for more information on creating your venue. 

Exporting Your Venue

1. Select the event from which you’d like to export the venue.

2. Click the down arrow, pictured below, to export the JSON file to your computer. 

3. Your JSON file has been successfully exported and can be imported at any time.

Importing Your Venue

1. If you have a JSON file to import, click the up arrow, shown below. 

2. Next, select a JSON file for import. 

3. After doing so, you will see your newly imported venue. An example is pictured below.
