Send Top Table an Encouragement Message

Motivate and thank your supporters with our encouragement message! Utilizing this feature is a great way to thank the table with the highest spend with one click. Utilize this message throughout your event to create excitement and competition among your attendees. 

Prior to Sending Encouragement Message:

• Assign at least one table
• Ensure that there is a current spend

How to Send Encouragement Message:

1. Navigate to the 'Supporters' tab. 

2. Locate the green "Top Table Spend" box, pictured below. 
*Please Note: If you do not have at least one assigned table with a current spend then you will not see a green "Top Table" box, pictured below. 

3. To send an encouragement message, click the green "Send Encouragement" button.

4. Next, you are able to view the "Encouragement Message" verbiage prior to sending out. If you would like to send this message, click the purple "Yes!" button. 

5. The "Top Table" may change throughout your event. Therefore, you can send this message as many times as you would like to thank your top table(s)!
