Turning on the donation option for your event is as easy as one button. Set up to 6 giving levels with one custom giving level. In addition, set impact levels for each donation to incentive giving and show donors the impact of their donation.
Let's start accepting donations!
1. Navigate to the 'Donations' tab and then toggle the "Accept Donations" option on the right-hand side to "Yes," shown below:
2. From here, you will enter the donation amounts you would like to be available for purchase on your event site under the "Amount" fields. You must enter at least one donation amount in order for the ability to donate to be available on your event site. In addition to these amounts, donors have the ability to enter a custom donation amount as well. An example can be found below showing the "Amounts" field (left) and "Impact" fields (right) being completed.
3. Next, navigate to the "View Event Site" button, pictured below, in order to see how the donation option appears from the attendee side.
4. Next, click the blue "Donate Now" button, shown below:
5. After clicking "Donate Now," you will see a similar screen to the one below.
6. After selecting a level, you will see the impact for this donation level, shown below. If you do not set an impact level, donors will not see the impact verbiage appear.
