Tips for success:
- A user must be set up as a manager within the event in order to connect a Webcam
- We advise using Google Chrome as this browser is most compatible with our platform
- Be sure to have as few tabs open on your browser as possible to minimize a delay and to close out of any other programs. If you have another program open that has access to your microphone or camera, this will cause a disruption when connecting the webcam.
- We advise that each live speaker have a wireless earpiece connected to a phone line with the producer of the event or have someone else in the room with them who can direct them when they're going live.
- Check your internet connection with https://packetlosstest.com Be sure to change the preset approximation to 720 H264 WebRTC stream before clicking Start Test. If your packet loss is under 30, you should not be experiencing any issues due to packet loss.
