Our peer-to-peer fundraising event sites all include a countdown to your event's start time & date. When the event start time & date comes, this countdown will disappear from your event site. This article explains how to ensure your countdown is showing on your event as well as an image of the countdown.
How to ensure your event countdown will show on your event site
- Navigate to your 'Settings' tab in your manager portal.
- Scroll down and locate the "When" section, pictured below.
- Next, enter a start time and date if you have not already. After doing so, click the "Show Start Date" and "Show Start Time" checkbox shown in the image below. This change will save automatically.
- Next, click "View Event Site" at the top of the page.
- This will open a secondary tab to view your event site. This is the site your supporters will navigate to purchase tickets, purchase items, create a peer page, create a peer team, bid on items, donate, and more. An image of an example demo site can be found below.
