Event.Gives offers a variety of reports that are able to be generated at any point throughout your event. As an event organizer, you are also able to select specific columns within the 'Supporters' tab as well as the 'Donations' tab to create and export your own custom report. This article reviews the available data points within these reports as well as process of customizing and exporting these reports.
'Supporters' Tab Choose-able Columns
Defaulted Columns for General Events
- Ticket Holder Name (Name)- Name on the supporter who owns the ticket.
- User Tags- Current tags for an attendee.
- Ticket Type- The type of ticket the attendee bought.
- Purchaser Name- The purchaser name column.
- Paddle Number- Ticket holder paddle number.
- Table Name- Ticket holder table name.
- Cart Total- Current cart totals for attendees.
Choose-able Columns for General Events
- Check-In Time- The time the attendee redeemed their ticket.
- Attending with- Ticket holder bid group (who they are linked to).
- Address- the attendee's current address if they have one listed.
- Table Spend- Info on how much the team has raised.
- Current Spend- Info on how much the attendee has spent.
- (Applicable to BlackBaud User) Blackbaud Connect- Constituent information from Blackbaud.
- (Applicable to BlackBaud User)Blackbaud Constituent ID- Constituent ID from Blackbaud.
- Promo Code- Any promo codes used on the ticket purchase.
- Ticket options, if added, will appear in the available choose-able column list.
Additional Choose-able/Defaulted Columns for Peer-to-Peer Events
- All General Events Choose-Able Columns Listed Above
- Pledge Count- The amount of pledges their peer page has received.
- Pledge Amount- The amount of money their peer page has raised.
- Peer Page Name- The name of the supporters peer page.
- Earned Milestones- The milestones earned by the peer page owner.
- Team Spend- The amount of money the peer's team has spent within the event.
'Donations' Tab Choose-able Columns
Defaulted Columns for General Events
- Record Id- Internal record identifier for the donation.
- Name- Name of the user associated with the donation.
- Amount- Donation amount in dollars.
- Purpose- Purpose for which the donation was made.
- Donation Time- Timestamp when the donation was made.
- Payment Intent- Details of the payment intent.
- Payment Type- Payment type used for the donation (e.g., card, cash, unpaid).
Choose-able Columns for General Events
- Paddle Number- Bidder's paddle number at the auction
- Phone- Phone number of the user associated with the donation
- Email- Email of the user associated with the donation
- Address- Address of the user associated with the donation
- Origin- This column shows where the donation was made from (e.g. Event Site, Manager Portal).
- Charge ID- Charge ID generated by Stripe for the donation.
- Payment ID- Payment ID generated by Stripe for the donation.
- Payment Type- Payment type used for the donation (e.g., card, cash, unpaid).
- (Applicable to BlackBaud Users) User Constituent ID- Blackbaud Constituent ID of the user associated with the donation.
Additional Choose-able/Defaulted Columns for Peer-to-Peer Events
- All General Events Choose-Able Columns Listed Above
- Peer Page Owner- The name of the supporter who owns this peer-to-peer fundraising page.
- Peer- Added Donor- Name of the donor who was added by the peer page owner by clicking the "I received a donation" button.
Creating A Report From The 'Supporters' Tab
1. From the 'Supporters' tab, click "Choose Columns."
2. Next, select the columns you would like to be apart of your report.
3. After you have selected the desired columns, you are able to export this report by clicking "Excel" or "CSV" shown below.
