Managing your recurring donations with Event.Gives is easy! You can make edits at anytime through "My Account."
1. Go to event.gives/myaccount and log into your account. If you forgot your password you can click "TEXT ME A PIN" or "EMAIL ME A PIN" to login and reset your password.
2. Once you are logged in, click the 'My Purchase History' tab to see your recent purchases. From there, click the 'My Recurring Donations' tab.
3. To cancel any active recurring donations hit the "Cancel" button, then confirm "Yes" in the pop up window.
You have the option to renew the recurring donation any time by clicking the "Renew" button next to the transaction.
Change Payment Information
While you are in the 'My Recurring Donations' tab, scroll down to find the recurring donation you would like to edit the payment information on. Click the "Edit" button on the one you would like to change.
In the pop up window click the dropdown menu to select another card on your profile or add a new card.
Once your finished click the "Update" button to save the edits.
