Digital Event Rehearsal Mode: How to Activate

It is very easy to rehearse your Event through rehearsal mode: 

First, you have to purchase the Digital Event Experience Feature within the manager portal. Once you purchase* the Virtual Live/Digital Event Streaming feature (*$500) for your event, you will have access to all Virtual Live features within the Items tab in your manager portal. All live and video features will be available on the right side of the screen under the Items tab under the Event.Gives Live dashboard.

When you are in the Items tab, you will want to reference the Event.Gives Live dashboard. There will be a toggle next to Rehearsal Mode - Toggle that over to on. A 'Go to Rehearsal Site' will pop up in blue underneath the toggle. 

You will then want to click on the blue 'Go to Rehearsal Site', this will open up the rehearsal site in a different tab within your browser. The event bowser will read (event.gives/(keyword)&rehearsal=1).

The play button to start the event will pop up in place of the Event Date and Time. Click the 'Start Event' button and you will be let in to your Rehearsal site. Your attendees will still be able to interact with your event site at this time however, they will not be able to see or hear the rehearsal. Event.Gives makes it very easy to test the Virtual Event so that you are able to see what the event will look like from the attendee's viewpoint.
