Are there fees for issuing refunds?

Refunds are incredibly easy to issue within the manager portal and you may see a confirmation prior to issuing a refund:

The Event.Gives platform does not apply any additional fees for processing refunds and the purchase/donation amount is automatically refunded. However, Stripe handles all credit card processing and does not refund the credit card processing fee of 3.5% +$0.30 per transaction. Please note, no other fees will be applied to refunded transactions.
