New Features
- We recently added the ability to require a supporter to purchase a specific ticket in order to view and purchase a secondary ticket. This secondary ticket will not be visible or available for purchase until the required ticket has been purchased. Once the required ticket is purchased, the supporter can navigate to either the My Tickets page or the ticketing screen, where they will then be able to view and purchase the secondary ticket.
- When an Item Sponsor is selected within an item in the manager portal, the item’s page on the event site will now display “Item is sponsored by:” above the sponsor’s name.
- We recently made it so archived events will be unindexed from our Google SEO. Google often takes some time after this request is made to officially remove the event from search results.
- We have added a “Clear Filters” button to the items page to allow supporters to quickly clear all selected filters.
- We have added our Item Catalog printable to our printables section in the ‘Messaging’ tab.
- We have added a link to the scanner applications login page on the Supporters tab. This link will allow administrators to login to the scanner application on devices such as I-Pads, etc…
- We have added a mailing address field when purchasing the 5 Credit Card Swiper add-on.
