New Features
- When clicking on an event time and/or date, you will now have the option to add it to your Google calendar, Outlook calendar, or Apple i-Cal.
- We have updated the process for adding item tags to auction items to be more intuitive and user friendly.
- We now offer the ability to resend receipts for both credit card and offline transactions from the ‘Payout Report.’ In addition, you are now able to bulk resend all receipts from the ‘Supporters’ tab.
- We have added two new default user tags. One tag shows when a supporter does not have an email on file and the other user tag shows when the supporter does not have a phone on file.
- We have added the ability to record an “Offline” donation to a peer page directly from the Manager Portal. This works similarly to when a peer page owner selects “I received a donation,” allowing you to enter a donor name and donation amount, which will then be reflected on the peer’s page and included in their thermometer total.
- We have added the ability to send the “Purchase History Link” directly to a supporter. This link is a magic link, skipping the login process and taking them directly to their ‘My Account’ page where they can view, download, and print any event receipts.
- We have added a side bar on the ‘Templates’ tab as well as the ‘Email Sequence’ tab that include instructions on how to create and utilize templates and sequences.
- We have added the “Purchaser” column to the chooseable columns in the ‘Supporters’ tab for peer-to-peer events.
- Once any applicable event tickets have become un-published the ‘Tickets’ or ‘Tickets and Sponsorships’ button will no longer show.
- We have added the ability to purchase 5 Credit Card swipers ($75) from the orange ‘Add-On’ button.
- We have added a search bar to the ‘Sponsors’ tab in the manager portal.
