Add Shipping to Closed Item: How-To Guide

You can apply shipping charges for your items by creating an unpublished fixed price item to your event. Please follow the screenshots below:

First create a fixed price item with a price of $0, as shown below. You will be updating the correct shipping price when you add a shipping charge to each cart.

The shipping item will appear within your Items tab and you will want to click on the three dots in a circle located in the bottom left of the item card. Click Buy Item to add a shipping charge to a user's cart. 

On this page, you will enter the user's phone number or email to populate their account. Then fill in the $ amount with the correct amount for shipping the item to their location. Finally, ensure the payment shows as Card and when you click Buy Item, click the Later option for payment to add this to their Cart.

This Shipping item will show in the user's cart as shown below and the shipping amount will be listed as such on their receipt.
