New Features

• If you do not have an access code added to a published ticket, then no access code field will be present in the tickets modal. 
• Peer page pledges/donations are now qualifying transactions for the Double the Donation integration. 
• We have added logic for supporters making a qualifying Double the Donation transaction, that prompts them to click a button that raises the total of their final donation in order to meet the corporate matching minimum donation amount.
