Pre-Event Support & Pre-Event Support Bundles
Dedicated Pre-Event Support - $500
This level of support establishes a direct line to an Event Expert for you and your team leading up to your event. We offer one free hour-long training call after you have created your event, but this support option provides you with more 1:1 time with a team member. Your Pre-Event Expert will be available to you by email and an additional 4 hours of dedicated phone or virtual call support. This level of support will help you with site set up, volunteer training, site management, and more.
Pre-Event and Remote Event Expert Bundle - $750
Pre-Event and Remote Event Expert Bundle offers assistance leading up to your event as well as phone assistance on the night of your event. We offer one free hour-long training call after you have created your event, but this support option provides you with more 1:1 time with a team member. Your Pre-Event Expert will be available to you by email and an additional 4 hours of dedicated phone or virtual call support. Your Event Expert will be by your side leading up to your event as well as available via phone, the night of your event. They will be on call 1 hour prior to the event to ensure your team is prepared as well as 4 consecutive, additional hours to assist throughout your event.
We ask that you hire your production manager no less than 24 hours prior to the day of your event, in order to adequately prepare. Our Remote Phone Support Event Expert will be available for 4 consecutive hours and will also have a direct line to our tech team. If your event support extends beyond 4 hours, you will be billed $75 at the start of each additional hour.
Pre-Event and Onsite Event Expert Bundle - $1500
Most of our clients who would like more 1:1 dedicated support leading up to their event and want an onsite agent opt for this bundle. We offer one free hour-long training call after you have created your event, but this support option provides you with more 1:1 time with a team member. Your Pre-Event Expert will be available to you by email and an additional 4 hours of dedicated phone or virtual call support. Your Event Expert will be by your side leading up to your event as well as the night of your event. They will arrive 1 hour prior to the event to ensure your team is prepared for the event. They will be able to assist with check-in, monitor the auction, help guests bid, answer questions throughout the event, and help with the checkout process.
If we do not have an Event Expert in your area, additional travel and lodging charges may apply.
Please purchase your Pre-Event and Onsite Event Expert Bundle with as much advance notice as possible, but a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event. Your assigned Event Expert will contact you via email within one business day. Their contact info will also appear on your 'Settings' tab. If your event support extends beyond 4 hours, you will be billed $75 at the start of each additional hour.
Day Of Support Options
Remote Support - $350
This level of support establishes a direct line to an Event Expert for you and your attendees throughout your event. Your Event Expert will be able to assist you with questions, answer support tickets from your attendees, and have a direct line to our tech team if needed.
We appreciate as much advance notice as possible and require all requests be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your event. Your assigned Event Expert will contact you via email within 24 hours, or the next business day. Their contact info will also appear on your Event Settings tab. If your event support extends beyond 4 hours, you will be billed $75 at the start of each additional hour.
On-Site Support - $1,250
Your Onsite Event Expert will be by your side throughout your event! They will arrive 1 hour prior to the event to ensure your team is prepared for the event. They will be able to assist with check-in, monitor the auction, help guests bid, answer questions throughout the event, and help with the checkout process.

Production Support - $750
A Production Event Expert will include 4 hours (plus 2 run-throughs) of event production support for your virtual live event. This includes following the organization’s run-of-show as well as pushing content and items live during the event.
*This does not include Remote Event Expert support such as answering any questions that may come in through the message icon on your event site from your attendees.

Your assigned Event Expert will contact you via email within 24 hours, or the next business day. Their contact info will also appear on your Event Settings tab.
