Selling sponsorships that do not contain tickets is a great way to boost revenue and involve local businesses. Once you sell these sponsorships, you can easily highlight the individual or business who purchased the sponsorship by adding them as an event sponsor. Follow the steps below to begin selling ticketless sponsorships through your next event.
Setting Up Your Sponsorship
1. To create a sponsorship that does not include tickets to the event, you will first navigate to the 'Items' tab.
2. Next, click the blue "Add Item" button, pictured below.
3. Choose "Fixed Price" item from the available item types.
4. Complete the required fields. This includes the "Title," "Item Price," "Item Quantity," and "Retail Value." Click here for more assistance on setting up a new item.
5. Next, scroll down to the "Advanced" section and check the box to "Show on Event Ticketing," shown below:
6. After doing so, you will see your newly added sponsorship (fixed price item) on event ticketing, shown below.
