New Features
- If an event is only selling single seat tickets, then the button to open these tickets and purchase will read “Tickets.” If the event is selling tables or tickets that contain more than one seat, then the button to open these tickets and purchase will read “Tickets and Sponsorships.”
- We have changed the logic around raffle items. An attendee is unable to add a raffle ticket to their cart without purchasing it immediately. However, an event administrator is able to add a raffle ticket to an attendees cart from the manager portal.
- When an event administrator uses the "Draw" button to draw a winner, the winning raffle ticket will be pulled from paid raffle tickets. It will not draw an un-paid raffle ticket.
- Entering a donation, on behalf of an attendee, in from the manager portal now joins attendee to the event. This means the attendee will receive event messaging and be added to the 'Supporters' tab.
- Peer-to-peer Family Management:
- Add verbiage to better describe our newest family management feature. This verbiage can be found below.
- Utilizing our family management tool is a great way to allow minors to safely participate without needing to provide personal information such as a phone number or email. Adding a family member with just their name creates a personalized login link that you can then provide to your family member so they are able to interact with the event site.
- Add verbiage to better describe our newest family management feature. This verbiage can be found below.
- Peer-to-peer milestones:
- When you are logged in with a peer page and have met a portion of the requirements for a milestone, you will see a progress bar, shown below. This was built to incentivize peers to continue to engage and meet applicable milestones.
- We have added a minimum height to milestones, so they are all aligned.
- We have added a description field to Milestones. When you click into the milestone, the description will appear, shown below.
- Peer-to-peer additional releases:
- We have changed the verbiage in the pop-up that appears after pledging. This verbiage can be found below:
- We have added the ability for an event organizer to assign a peer to a team as well as leave a team on behalf of the peer. This can be done through the 'Supporters' tab on the manager portal.
- We have changed Team goals so that they are the cumulative amount of all peer page goals. (Ex: 2 peer pages both on the same team and both with a $100 goal, then the Team goal would be $100.)
- When a peer-to-peer event is fixed, this means donation are paid at the time they are made. There is no calculation involved and therefore, what you type in the box to donate, is what will be paid. However, if an event is unfixed, then your donation will be multiplied by the number of units (laps, yards, books read, etc...) that the peer you pledged to is able to accomplish.
- We have added the name of the attendee below the generate name so that other peers can easily locate anyone they are looking to pledge too.
