New Features
- Peer to Peer updates and launches:
- We now have the ability to securely allow minors and family members to interact with peer to peer events without providing personal information such as a phone or email address.
- We now have the ability for peer page owners on an unfixed peer to peer events to enter in their units through their peer page.
- We now have custom milestone milestones through our peer to peer platform. This allows event organizers to set custom milestones that, if a peer meets this milestone, it will initiate a custom badge to their peer page. You are even able to affiliate a “Reward” for reaching this milestone. Milestones can be viewed on the event site.
- We now have the ability to add custom text that will appear on the donation screen, to the left side. You are able to enter this text within the ‘Donation’ tab
- We now have our blue support button on all event sites, making it available to your clients. This button links to helpful articles as well as allows attendees to reach out to our support team with any questions you might have.
- We have added the ability to add a fixed price item to an attendees cart from the manager portal, regardless if the attendee has a card on file.
- We have reformatted our printable paddles to allow for longer event titles.
- We have removed the ability to search by name within the manager portal when purchasing an item or adding an item to an attendees cart, on behalf of them. This change was made in order to make this process more intuitive.
- We have added an SMS alert when assigning a ticket to a new user on the manager portal. Previously, when a newly created account is assigned to a ticket through the manager portal, the attendee would not receive a SMS notification.
