Recent Fixes
- We have updated our add-on emails to ensure accurate and up to date information.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing a deleted paysource to persist until the supporter refreshed their “My Account” page.
- We resolved a bug that was causing the “View Items” button to temporarily not show on events.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing the “Remove” button within a cart to not show when a title surpasses a certain character count.
- When Auto-Bid is toggled to ‘ON,’ the “Buy It Now” field is no longer available. We recently resolved a bug that was causing duplicated events with items that contain “Buy It Now” prices, to persist even after Auto-Bid is toggled to ‘ON.’
- We have made changes to the ‘Bulk Actions’ capabilities within the ‘Items’ tab to ensure that no changes can be made to the status of an item that has current bids or purchases, or to the status of an auction item that has been paid for.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing tags selected to be included and/or excluded to persist after sending a message.
- We have resolved a bug that caused the user tag to persist for a supporter who was removed from the Supporters tab and later rejoined the event.
- Previously, attempting to reorder tickets in the ‘Tickets’ tab without making any changes would cause the save action to spin indefinitely.
- When utilizing Paper Mode, we have adjusted the banner so both the verbiage and the “Learn More” link are accurate and up to date.
- We have resolved a bug that was not reordering by item code, when “Sort by: Item Code” was selected.
- We have resolved a bug that was allowing new Report Views to be saved without a name.
- Previously, when changing an existing user tag’s color, it would require a refresh to see this change. This has been resolved.
