Prior to following the steps below, please connect your RE-NXT account to your Event.Gives event from the Settings tab.
Once connected, navigate to the Supporters tab and click Choose Columns. Select the Blackbaud Connect and User Constituent ID columns, then click the blue Select button.
To bulk link constituents, click Bulk Actions and select Select / Deselect All Tickets to highlight your full supporter list. Then, return to Bulk Actions and choose Link RE-NXT Constituents.
If you prefer to link individually, search for and locate the specific constituent, then click the blue Link Constituent button.
After you have linked your Event.Gives attendee records to the correct RE NXT constituent ID, you can proceed with syncing gifts and notes.
*Please note: This integration also has the ability to detect duplicate constituents and will ask for confirmation of who to sync the record too.
