Recent Fixes
- We have resolved a bug that was causing AI generated images not to appear in a supporter's cart.
- We have resolved a bug that prevented the scanner application from alerting supporters when an incorrect email, phone number, or password was entered during check-in.
- After a peer access ticket is purchased, the purchaser is now prompted to register as a peer after the successful ticket purchase.
- We have resolved a bug that was preventing the “Un-Paid” filter in the ‘Donations’ tab from successfully filtering.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing the constituent ID not to populate to the right of linked Blackbaud supporters in the ‘Donations’ tab.
- We have removed the "Cancel Subscription" button in the “Campaign Actions” drop down. This was prompted due to our removal of any upfront fees to create and utilize Event.Gives donation campaigns.
- We’ve resolved a bug that allowed a supporter to purchase more tickets than were available when buying the last few remaining. After the purchase, the ticket would incorrectly display as “SOLD OUT!"
- We have resolved a bug so that administrators with Supervisor and Director level permissions can click "Delete Peer Page" from the 'Supporters' tab of the manager portal.
- We have resolved a bug that occurred when a supporter purchased more than one ticket with options and edited the ticket option on an unassigned ticket. This process would cause the "Unassigned" label on the ticket to change to "No Displayable Data."
- We have resolved a bug that was causing raffle bundles purchased through the ticketing modal to charge but not be visible within the manager portal.
- We have resolved a bug on peer-to-peer events that caused the "Register as Peer" button to take you to the leaderboard instead of beginning the process of registering you as a peer.
- Previously, when a supporter purchased a table and had their ticket scanned using our scanner application, only their name would appear—additional members of their party were not displayed. This issue has now been resolved.
- We have resolved a bug that prevented organizers from editing the "Max per Purchaser" field on raffle items. After refresh, the value the organizer entered in this field would not persist. This has been resolved.
- We’ve resolved a bug that caused newly added supporters—joined using the "Join Attendee" field—to appear in the 'Supporters' table without a name until refresh.
- We have resolved a bug that allowed organizers to be able to open an item using the "Bulk Actions" button prior to being Stripe connected.
