This article explains how to view and manage your sponsorship tickets, as well as how to edit ticket options. Please note that not all tickets have affiliated options. Assigning tickets to your guests helps the event organizer prepare for your arrival and ensures a smoother check-in experience for everyone.
Assigning Your Tickets To Yourself & Guests
1. After clicking into your ticket link, you will a page similar to the one pictured below.
2. Click "Assign," then select "Myself" to assign the ticket to yourself. If you are not attending the event, click "Assign" and then click "Another Guest" to begin assigning your guests.
3. After clicking "Another Guest," you will be prompted to enter in the phone or email of your first guest. After entering in the phone or email of the attendee, click "Search," pictured below.
4. If the attendee has an account, you will be prompted to confirm their name by clicking "Submit." Next, move to step 6. If the attendee does not have an account, move to step 5. e
5. If the attendee does not have an account, you will be prompted to enter in their first and last name, pictured below. After doing so, click "Submit."
Choosing Ticket Options
1. If the tickets you received come with options, you will see a clickable "Edit Options" button to the right of your ticket(s).
2. Next, choose your option. An example of a ticket option is pictured below.
3. After making your selection, click "Save."
4. If you would like to change your selection, click back into "Edit Options" and repeat the above steps.
