  • We have resolved an issue that was causing the guests that were assigned their ticket through another attendees ‘My Tickets’ page, to not be joined to the event and receive custom event messaging.
  • We have resolved a bug that was causing the ticket amount of the first ticket added to an attendees cart to populate in the “Amount” field for all other tickets/items added to this same cart, regardless of the price difference. This only affected reporting and all final transaction amounts were correct.
  • We have resolved an issue that was causing the ticket date for ‘Supporters’ who do not hold a ticket to read as “invalid date.”
  • We have removed the ability to search by paddle number when creating an attendee utilizing the “Create Attendee” section on the right side of the ‘Supporters’ tab. A newly created attendee would never have an assigned paddle number until after creation, therefore, this change was intended to make the “Create Attendee” work flow more intuitive.
  • We have added a disclaimer for our newly launched AI images to let users know that the process for generating these images can take up to 3 minutes.
  • We have resolved a bug that, when swiping a credit card, using a credit card swiper, while on the ‘Supporters’ tab, caused an error message that prevented the purchase from being successfully completed.
  • We have resolved an issue that was causing newly added items to momentarily show an orange “Pending Donation” overlay.
  • We recently resolved an issue that was causing peer page goals, entered with a comma (ex: 15,000), would result in the goal showing “NaN.” “NaN” stands for not a number. We have resolved this issue and you will no longer be able to enter a non-numerical value in this field.
  • We have resolved a bug that was allowing sponsored users/family members to create a family member.
