When purchasing a ticket on the manager portal using the ellipsis button on the bottom left of the ticket, promo codes were not discounting the ticket(s). This has been resolved.
When the theme color has been changed on the 'Advanced' tab, the event site was not reflecting the change. This has been resolved.
Data on the 'Supporters' tab is now exportable on all event types.
Placeholders can no longer have a Cart Total on the 'Supporters' tab.
There is now a pop-up with an explanation when a user attempts to delete an event.
The “Event Details” header has been removed from the Event Description section of the manager portal.
There is now an explanation pop-up after confirming a pledge.
Users will now receive a confirmation email after purchasing Pre-Event Support.
We have removed the horizontal scroll for All Categories on the 'Supporters' tab.
We have resolved the ability to 'Save' a newly created tab with extensive, pasted content.
The Retail Value on fixed price items is a required field, which is now marked by asterisks in the manager portal.
After activating a donation campaign, choosing a date reverted the campaign to "Inactive." This has been resolved.
When sending out the Items Link through the 'Messaging' tab, the word "event" was not included in the text message. This has been resolved.
Purchase History on "My Account" is now ordered by event date. Within each event, transactions are ordered by event date and time, with the most recent transaction at the top.
Paddle numbers assigned via the "Join Attendee" modal on the 'Supporters' tab were not saving once the screen refreshed. This has been resolved.
The RSVP Link was displaying an empty "Edit Options" dropdown on tickets without options. The "Edit Options" dropdown has been removed from tickets that do not have options.
When attempting to delete an event, the pop-up window prevented you from deleting, but didn't tell you why. The pop-up now explains why you are unable to delete your event.
The "Table Spend" column now sorts in order when selected as the sorting order.
Tabs with PDFs were only displaying the first page of the PDF on mobile. This has been resolved.
When you add an additional ticket to a sponsorship, assigning a table to the whole party did not include the additional ticket(s). This has been resolved.
You can now click into the "Cart Total" on the 'Supporters' tab to complete checkout.
The event site now prevents special characters from being entered into the bid amount.
