Recent Fixes
- We have resolved a bug that was not changing currency on the event site after an event administrator changes the event currency within the manager portal.
- We have changed the minimum bid on items, that do not have any current bids, from $0 to the entered minimum bid.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing Apple pay to show USD regardless of the chosen currency within the manager portal.
- We have resolved a bug that was not showing changes to event goal for Golf.Gives' events.
- We have adjusted the check box within the 'Settings' tab that allows you to not display event title. This adjustment made it so that, if this box is unchecked, the event site header will not appear on the landing page, items page, etc...]
- We have resolved a bug that was allowing attendees to bid on previously sold items.
- We have resolved a bug that was allowing supporters to place a single bid prior to entering credit card information, when "Require CC" is toggled to "ON."
- We have resolved a bug that caused the ticket cost to show the raffle ticket cost, when a raffle ticket and a ticket are purchased together. This did not effect the amount charged and only temporarily effected reporting.
- Changes made to 'My Tickets' page when a supporter purchases a ticket with options:
- Asterisks are to show next to any required options question.
- All options chosen, required or not, should be available within the 'Supporters' tab as well as the available, applicable reporting.
- Ticket options drop-down should appear after purchase, be able to be opened, and previously chosen options should persist.
- New user purchasing event tickets for the first time should see tickets as well as affiliated option upon purchase immediately, without refreshing.
- "Auto-Bid," when used, was receiving an error message on the first attempt of adding an "Auto-Bid."
- Placeholders on RSVP links required refresh to see after adding. In addition, they appeared as a regular user. Placeholders will not appear as a regular user and instead, will appear in a lighter grey.
- We have added a success messaged to raffle tickets purchased via apple pay.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing the "Join Attendee" modal in the 'Supporters' tab as well as the 'Attendees' tab to send an incorrect magic link via email.
- We have built preventative measures to ensure that you are not able to enter a negative ticket cost value when creating a ticket in the manager portal.
- We have resolved a bug that was requiring a refresh in order to see newly added item images.
