Fixed Bugs
- We have resolved a bug that was not assigning a table name to an entire party when the "Assign this table to entire party?" is checked within the 'Check-In' tab. This would only occur when the party, was a set of individual tickets, purchased together in one batch.
- We have resolved a bug that was prompting a guest with a credit card on file to enter their credit card information when the event was toggled to "Require CC."
- We have resolved a bug that made the add credit card modal, that pops up when a user does not have a credit card on file and the event is toggled to "Require CC," to not appear as though the save button was successful, even though it was.
- We have resolved a bug that caused users who refreshed on their "My Account" page to be directed to the Event.Gives website.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing raffle tickets and ticket purchases, purchased in a specific order, to result in an error message.
- We have improved functionality surrounding the ability to remove your logos background, making it transparent.
- We have resolved a bug that previously allowed the "Viewer" permission level to have the ability to edit tabs.

- We have removed an incorrect error message that stated "promo code not valid" in the lower right-hand corner, when creating custom RSVP sponsorship tickets on the 'Tickets' tab.
- We have resolved a bug that previously allowed you to fill out 100% of ticket data and if you were not connected to payout method, it would not save entered data, make you go connect and then would not have saved ticket data.
- When an a supporter purchases multiple tickets, they are able to re-assign these tickets to their guests. We have removed the verbiage stating “they will receive a confirmation email with a link to their ticket” if they search this user by a phone number.

- We have resolved a bug that was causing Vote-to-Donate items with required options to not allow users to click the blue "Next" button.
- We have resolved some less intuitive functions within the "My Tickets" page that supporters are directed to immediately after making a ticket purchase. The changes can be found below:
- When assigning a guest to an additional ticket under 'My Tickets,' once you select a field, the other field will grey out. For example, if I wanted to assign a ticket to one of my family members or "Sponsored Users" the fields to search for a user via email or phone numbers will be greyed out. This is so that users are aware that you only have the ability to assign utilizing one field or the other. To make this even more clear, we have added an "OR Select a Family Member," shown below:
-
- We have moved the "Login with Email" directly below the login fields, pictured below. Allowing users to more seamlessly login using known account information.
-
- We have added the ability for a ticket purchase to enter a name in place of a phone number or email, if they do not have this information yet, pictured below:
- We have resolved a bug that was causing single fixed price item to add to an attendees cart twice even though the attendee only added one fixed price item to their cart.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing Sponsor Images without images to not default to showing the Sponsor Image name, instead. Going forward, if you have a Sponsor Image without an image, it will show similar to image below, where you see "Event.Gives."
- We have resolved a bug that previously had an error message appear in the lower left hand corner when placing a bid logged out. The message read “There was an error," moving forward, this error message will not appear.
- We resolved a bug that momentarily caused raffle and fixed price items that had the "Show on Event Ticketing" checkbox selected, to not show within the "Tickets & Sponsorships" Modal.
- We have reformatted a toggle that previously overlapped the button to purchase when toggling the transaction to an "Offline" transaction.
- We have resolved a bug that was allowing administrators to enter an amount above 100% for a ticket promo-code. The ticket final cost was zero however, the reporting for ticket sales showed a negative value.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing ticket purchases, made via Apple Pay or Google Pay, with required options, to not reflect the chosen options within the manager portal.
- The options drop-down within 'My Tickets' will now close after saving so that guests editing their ticket options, are aware that their answers have been successfully saved.
- We have resolved a bug that was causing a pop-up to appear when a supporter purchased a fixed price item or raffle ticket from the 'Tickets and Sponsorships' modal. This modal asked users if they wanted to proceed to 'My Tickets' regardless of if they purchased tickets during this transaction. This modal is only intended to appear when a user has made a ticket purchase.
