Printables Within Your Event Site

Once you have created your event, you will have access to printable resources that are tailored to your event. In order to access these printable resources, you will want to first navigate to the 'Messaging' tab. The three available printable resources will be located on the right hand side of this page. 

*It is important to note that if you have pop-up's blocked, you will not be able to download the available PDF's*

Paddle Numbers

The first printable resource is paddle numbers. Prior to printing these paddle numbers, you are able to choose the range of numbers (i.e. 100-301) you would like to have printed. These paddle numbers, if assigned to a guest within the 'Check-In' tab, will have the associated name and table assignment at the bottom of the paddle. In addition, you can see that the paddle numbers have two QR codes printed on them, allowing guests to quickly scan to bid or donate. 

Event Poster

Event posters are a great way to signal to guests where your event is being held. In addition, our event posters contain a QR code. When scanned, this QR code will take attendees right to your event site so they are able to start bidding and donating!

Item Cards

Item cards are a must for any events that plan to host an auction, raffle, or even regular item sales. As you can see from the example below, our item cards give guests more insight on what is included in the item, retail value, and even the item donor. In addition, each item card has a QR code that will take attendees directly to the item in order to begin bidding!
