Release Notes 2023-02-20 – How can we help?

We have updated the 3-panel template within the 'Display' tab. This new feature updates Fixed Items (this is mostly for the Vote/Donate items) every 30 seconds as the amounts change on the item card rotator. This will include pledged (charge card later) amounts and paid purchases (CC and offline).

We fixed a bug that was causing placeholders to delete on Table Assignment when you have a placeholder, then add a table name.
We fixed a bug that was not properly assigning table names. Previously, when an admin would check the "Apply this table name to entire party" box within the 'Check-In' tab or 'RSVP Link' section, the table names would not properly assign, and when refreshed, table names would delete. This has been fixed!
We fixed a bug that was prompting an error message to pop-up when un-assigning an attendee from the manager portal and RSVP Link Section. This error message would occur even though the attendee was successfully unassigned.
When you assign a user from the RSVP link, you can click Assign again before the user name pops up with the unassign/assign buttons causing ticket assignment email to be sent but no ticket for that user when they open it because it gets reassigned to someone else.
