So Many Buttons!
Hey First Time Fanatic, we're almost done making you an event expert!
As you navigate the event site, you will come across many common buttons. It's helpful to familiarize yourself with these features since they will help as you progress through the manager portal and set up your event site.
Pictured below are some recurring buttons that you can use to enhance your experience within the platform.
Buttons

Name |
Description |
View Event Site |
While you edit your manager portal, you can always click "View Event Site" to see what the attendees are seeing. |
|
Ellipses |
Throughout the manager portal, you will be able to click this button to bring up more actions within the field it's next to. |
|
Bulk Actions |
Bulk actions allow users to re-order items, select all, close items, publish items, etc. |
|
Event Actions |
Event actions will remain at the top of the page as you navigate through the manager portal. This button will prompt a drop-down that will allow you to pull reports, view the event site, turn on paper mode, jump to digital display, etc. |
|
Communication & Cart |
These two buttons will appear when you open an attendee's account information. The thought bubble will allow you to direct message this attendee as well as send them their login links, ticket links, and cart links to either their email or mobile device. The shopping cart icon will allow you to open up an attendee's cart to see what items they may have purchased and/or need to finish purchasing. From here, you are able to charge their cart, delete unwanted items, and see what items/donations have been purchased. |
|
Filter |
This icon is found on the ‘Event Check-in,' ‘Items,' and ‘Attendees' tabs! This allows you to narrow down your search by selecting the keywords you would like to filter. |
|
Search Bar |
This is not exactly a button, but it is a great tool throughout the manager portal you can utilize to search for item winners, donation pledges, table assignments, etc. |
