What about a Production Expert?
In the second lesson, you will learn about what you can expect from your production event expert.
We ask that you hire your production expert no less than 10 days prior to the day of your event, in order to allow us to adequately prepare. Our Production Event Expert will be available for 4 consecutive hours and will also have a direct line to our tech team. If your event support extends beyond 4 hours, you will be billed $75 at the start of each additional hour.
Before the Event
Your assigned Event Expert's name, contact number, and email address will appear on the top right of the Event Settings tab.
Your Event Expert will reach out via email within the month prior to your event to discuss details such as rehearsals, the Run Of Show, etc. Your team will receive two rehearsals with your Event Expert to run through the Run Of Show for your event. Your Event Expert and the entire Customer Success Team are available to help answer any questions leading up to ensure a successful event.
Day of the Event
Your Event Expert will connect with your team one hour prior to your event start time. They will review the Run of Show and help make sure everyone is connected, as well as answering any last-minute questions.
During the Event
Your Event Expert will produce the show based on the most current Run of Show that your team provides. They will be able to assist your MC, Auctioneer, and/or Event Organizer with any production-related questions. They will have a direct line to the Event.Gives Tech Team. *Production Support does not include Remote Support. Production Support ends 4 hours after your event starts unless discussed prior.
After the Event
Your Event Expert will follow up with your team the following day to answer any questions in regards to closing your event, reporting, and how to get your next event set up!
To purchase production support:
- On your 'Event Settings' tab, click the orange "Hire an Event Expert" button.
- Select "Production Support."
- Enter your credit card information and click "Make Payment."
- Our team will be alerted and you will receive an email with the name, phone number, and email address of your event expert.
This does not include Remote Event Expert support such as answering any questions that may come in through the message icon on your event site from your attendees. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible and require all requests be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
