Linking your account to your guest's account is as simple as a click of a button. Follow the steps below for more information on how to link your guest's account to yours!
Step One
The first step is to navigate to the 'My Tickets' option by first clicking the three horizontal lines on the event site. This will bring you to the list of your available event tickets.
From here you will see a list similar to the one below and you will want to select 'Link Attendees +'.
Step Two
After clicking 'Link Attendees +', you will have two options. You are able to select a guest from within your party, which will show up in blue. The alternative method is to click the grey button reading 'Search Email/Phone'.
Once you have searched for your guest or chosen a guest from your party list, you will receive the pop-up below:
Step Three
After clicking 'Submit' you will receive the success pop-up below:
In addition, as you navigate the event site, you will see a small box in the lower right-hand corner alerting you that you are linked. This will stay on the bottom of the page as you navigate through event items, etc... Pictured below is an example of what this will look like:
How to Unlink your account from your guest's account
If you choose to unlink your account from your guests, you are going to navigate back to the 'My Tickets' section by clicking the three horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner of the event site. You will then see a list of guests within your party, similar to the one below. You will then want to select 'Unlink', in order to unlink your guest's account from your own.
