What Purchase Plan is right for my event?
Our team recommends consulting an Event.Gives team member with any specific questions regarding your event and what plan is right for you. Generally, we find events with the following gross amounts find the best value at these levels:
Basic Plan- up to $25,000
Live Pro Plan- between $25,000 and $100,000
Premium Service Plan- over $100,000
What is Attendee Supported Pricing (ASP)?
Attendee Supported Pricing, also known as ASP, offers your event attendees the option to cover platform fees which makes Event.Gives FREE for the organization!
Are attendees required to cover the platform fees?
No. We offer a sliding scale for attendees to choose the amount they want to cover from 5%-20% with the default amount being set to 12.5% and an option for them to enter a custom amount of their choosing.
Will my organization receive all or part of the ASP contributions?
No. This support is replacing the platform fee that was charged to every transaction you’ve had in the past.
What if I don’t want my guests to participate in Attendee Supported Pricing (ASP)?
Event organizers can navigate to the Advanced Tab to toggle the ‘Attendee Supported Pricing’ button to off. Turning off Attendee Supported Pricing will subject your event to a fee of $3,000.
Can my event attendees cover the cost of the credit card fees?
Yes. Event organizers can navigate to the Advanced Tab to toggle the ‘Attendees Can Cover CC fees’ button to on or off. This feature is only available for events with the Live Pro Plan or the Premium Service Plan.
Can I connect my Blackbaud account to get access to your constituents in Raiser’s Edge NXT?
Yes. This feature is only available for events with the Live Pro Plan or the Premium Service Plan. Raiser's Edge NXT Connect is a Beta program available by request only.
Can I receive a check with my payout balance instead of connecting a Stripe® account?
Yes. This feature is only available for events with the Premium Service Plan. Events can connect to Stripe®, our free and secure online payment processor. Stripe® Connect will deposit the money into your bank account minus fees instantly after users complete their payment.
What is Dedicated Concierge Service?
Our Dedicated Concierge Service pairs your event with a specific Event.Gives team member that will be available to help answer any questions from start to finish. Your representative can assist with technical questions, best practices, and training for your team as needed during normal business hours.
What fees do I pay for cash and check transactions?
Nothing! Our platform charges zero dollars in fees for cash or check transactions.
Is there an additional fee for hosting a Virtual Live Streaming event?
No. This feature is only available for events with the Live Pro Plan or the Premium Service Plan.
