If you chose to not have tickets for your event or you have a non-ticketed guest you would like to quickly assign a paddle number, you are in the right place! In this article, we will go over assigning paddle numbers through the attendee's tab to non-ticketed guests.
You will want to first make sure you are in the 'Attendees' tab within the manager portal.
You will then want to join the attendee that needs an assigned paddle number by entering their phone number in the Join Attendee section, pictured below. If the attendee is already in the system, you will want to skip to step three.
Next, you will want to pull up the attendee that you want to assign a paddle number. In order to do so, you will want to press the blue 'Load All Attendees' button. Then, if they are a pre-existing attendee you will want to search the attendee by their name. If you joined them in the 'Join Attendee' section, you will want to search the attendee by their phone number.
Then, you will want to select the four-digit number in the bottom left corner of the attendee's blue square, as seen below:
After clicking the four-digit number, shown above, you will be prompted to update the attendee's paddle number. Type in the paddle number you are associating with this user and then press 'Update', shown below:
Your attendee is now assigned a paddle number and able to bid/donate. Happy fundraising!
