Throughout the duration of your Digital Event Experience, you and your team will be managing your event within the Items tab of your manager portal.
Once your Digital event is Live Now and in Donate Mode, you will see the option to accept Floor Donations. Your virtual audience will still be able to pledge donations on their mobile devices or laptops. For your in-person audience, this is where your event volunteers can enter in-room paddle raises and donations. If someone at your event raises their hand or paddle to donate click the appropriate donate amount button within this section or enter a custom amount. You will be prompted to enter the Paddle Number, Phone, or Email of your attendee who has pledged a donation. Here you can also place a donation under a name, sponsor, organization, etc.

Once a donation amount is selected, you can easily add the pledged donations to your attendee's cart for payment by assigning the pledge to your attendee's assigned paddle number, mobile number, or email address. By selecting the "Name" option, the donation will be placed under a generic Floor Bid user, but the name that was entered for the donation will display for your attendees watching your event or digital signage.
You even have the ability to "Lock" and "Unlock" the amounts selected if you are needing to enter more than one gift of the same dollar amount. Need to send the donation as anonymous? Select the "Send Anonymously" button to mark the donation as anonymous.
