Now that you have integrated your Raiser's Edge NXT account with your event, you are ready to begin linking your attendees and their gifts within the Event.Gives platform to your RE NXT account. If your fund, campaign, and appeal categories are not loading when you attempt to sync attendance and gifts that means the integration between Event.Gives and RE NXT needs to be reauthorized. You can easily do this by going through the steps of linking a constituent and you will be prompted to re-sync, as shown below.
If you attempt to link an attendee and you receive an error message in the bottom right corner of the screen similar to the one below, that means that the Event.Gives platform is searching your Raiser's Edge NXT account for a category and cannot find a match. In this case, Event.Gives is searching for a a field called Email to match and cannot locate this field within RE NXT.
