Create, Manage, and Delete
Add and manage event ticketing within your dashboard from the 'Tickets' tab. Create individual or group tickets with promo codes, access codes, and advanced options (meal selection, merchandise size, etc.). You can also create live access tickets for your event which you can learn more about here.

Re-Assign
Navigate to the 'Supporters' tab. Search the ticket holder, click the ellipses button, and select re-assign. You will need the phone number or email of the new ticket holder to successfully re-assign a ticket.
EXPERT TIP
"By texting the Ticket Link 1-hour before the event starts, you are able to increase check-in speed by twofold."

Scanner
The scanner app is one of our most powerful tools. Send each check-in staff member a scanner invite from the 'Supporters' tab, shown below. You can check-in, re-assign, add profile information, and assign paddles directly from the scanner link. You can even check-in an entire party/group of attendees by scanning any one of the group's tickets.

Check-In
Check-in is best handled with our ticket scanner but if you would prefer to check-in attendees manually, simply search the ticket holder and click the blue "check-in" button.
In addition to checking in attendees on this tab, you are also able to send bulk messaging, manage paddle numbers, and more, pictured below.
- Refunds
Performing ticket refunds is simple. Search the ticket holder, select the ellipses (three dots) next to the guest's name, and select purchase details. This will present a popup window with this ticket's refund options.
